Educated in illustration and graphic design in Barcelona, his hometown, he started working as an illustrator painting murals for businesses and private homes. Since 2008 his illustrations has been published in various media like magazines, newspapers, iPad, poster or album covers.
He beleives in illustration as a way of communication, in simplicity as a way of beauty and in image as a way of poetry.
In 2012 he was selected for the 2013 Communication Arts Illustration Annual 54. In 2009 he obtained the Injuve Creacion Joven prize granted by the Ministry of Equality of Spain. The same year, he’s work was selected in the 2nd CJ Picture Book Awards held in Korea.
At present he’s working as a freelance illustrator and is co-funder and
co-director of Crean toghether with Mágoz and Miguel Montaner.
Crean is a mean between illustration and illustrators that’s essentially
an online magazine and an independent editorial aimed to divulgue
and promote illustration.
